Fold a sheet of construction paper in half, and draw a half of a butterfly shape, make sure the wings are toward the open side of the paper. Cut the shape out. Open the butterfly and drop paint on one side of the butterfly, then close and rub your hands to allow the paint to move around, and mix. Open and allow to dry, now you have a symmetrical butterfly.
